Instead of complaining, tourist took out cameras and starting trying to get that lucky shot of a lightning bolt. Plenty were successful and even the ones that were not were thrilled. To those that live in the area lightning is very common but many tourist never get to see it and when it happened so close to the Magic Kingdom it was a big thrill. Lightning strikes are most common in a spot between Orlando and Tampa, in fact that spot is the most in the entire United States.
